1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after confirmation and payment.
Processing time: 7–14 business days.
2. SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
Shipping may be handled by client, supplier, or third-party providers coordinated by Cruzar.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
Based on agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP).
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Includes processing + transit:
- Middle East: 2–4 weeks
- Africa: 4–6 weeks
- Europe: 2–4 weeks
- Americas: 5–8 weeks
5. LOGISTICS RESPONSIBILITY
Cruzar acts only as a coordinator when assisting shipping.
6. CUSTOMS
Client responsible for import, duties, compliance.
7. TRACKING
Provided when available.
8. DELAYS & LIABILITY
Cruzar not liable for logistics or customs delays.
