Payment Terms

1. DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total order value is required upon order confirmation. Orders will not be processed, prepared, or scheduled until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
2. BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total order value is payable once the order is ready for dispatch and prior to shipment. Cruzar will notify the Client when the goods are prepared and ready for shipment, along with supporting documentation where applicable.
3. PAYMENT CONDITION FOR SHIPMENT
No shipment, release, or transfer of goods shall take place until full payment (100%) has been received.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (preferred) and other agreed methods as specified per transaction. All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the Client.
5. LATE PAYMENTS
In the event of delayed payment, Cruzar reserves the right to delay shipment. Storage or handling fees may apply. Cruzar may suspend or cancel the order if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable once order processing has commenced, including sourcing, production, or allocation of goods.
7. CURRENCY
All payments shall be made in the currency specified in the quotation or invoice.
AGREEMENT
By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.
